I stood on top of one ridge and looked out over the mist in the valley to the ridge on the other side. I thought this must be what it would be like to be one of the Gods on Mount Olympus. Some of the mist was lifting but the morning sun still had not broken through but was trying very hard to. I smiled ... yes, I am a hill girl. Then I laughed, a river girl too! How many could make that claim? To be so blessed to get such powerful energies from two such sources? Not many I'd wager. For that matter, how many who lived here realized it? Precious few I thought. So quick were they to scar the hillsides for frack sand and a quick buck. I shook my head and went back on my way.
