I couldn't help but let my imagination run away with me on this foggy morning in January. This tree made me think of the Entwives from the books Lord of the Rings. Her arms upraised and her narrow skirt trailing behind her as she waded through through the swamp. There was a group of smaller trees behind her that could have been her ladies in waiting. She looked so regal. Was she going to the Ents? Or perhaps calling to them? How easy I found it to be transported to that world in the mist.
