Like I said... I love old stuff and though I don't know what this is, I found it interesting. I know it's old because it has metal wheels. It seems as if they had tried to put a motor on it at one time. Maybe that didn't work out so well. One day I should stop and ask. Most don't like strangers poking around their property here.
5/14/2015 UPDATE: I now know what this is! It is an old silo filler with parts missing. Thank you Randy Fetting for telling me via Facebook!

It looks to me like it could be a belt driven forage blower with the top shroud missing. A relic of farm days past. Now it is rusty gold.
