Trifolium pratense (red clover) is a herbaceous species of flowering plant in the bean family Fabaceae, native to Europe, Western Asia and northwest Africa, but planted and naturalised in many other regions.

It is a herbaceous, short-lived perennial plant, variable in size, growing to 2080cm tall. The leaves are alternate, trifoliate (with three leaflets), each leaflet 1530mm long and 815mm broad, green with a characteristic pale crescent in the outer half of the leaf; the petiole is 14cm long, with two basal stipules that are abruptly narrowed to a bristle-like p...

About Wild Thing

Wild Thing

My Celtic beliefs and heritage have taught me that no matter how large or how small, living or inanimate, everything embodies energy from the universe ... I try to capture that in my photos... I look for the extraordinary in the every day ordinary that surrounds us ... Join me as I wander over back roads, through mist filled swamps and fields, moon filled nights, and sunny days to find my treasures to share with you ... sit quietly ... listen carefully ... and consider these things ... To begin 2017, I am offering 5 prints of my signature piece that I normally do not sell. "A Witches Moon" is now available for a limited time ... please check out my promotional page for more details here: ...
