On Samhain, (Halloween) the most sacred sabbat for pagans, one tradition is to do an annual tarot reading for the coming year.
A tarot reading is considered as a guide. The choices you make as you go through the time frame for the reading will determine the outcome. In other words, if at a particular time, the tarot has said there will be a financial loss, perhaps instead of investing, you are more conservative. Pay attention though. The loss may not actually be yours, the loss may be that of someone else that could become your gain. Therefore, never let your life be ruled by a reading, but rather let it be guided by it.
